Studio 1 approx size 4.5mtrs x 10mtrs, height 4mtrs maximum, windows&doors north facing, windows south facing. LET    

Studio 2 approx size 4mtrs x 4mtrs height 3mtrs window east facing and small window west facing . LET

Studio 3 approx size 3.5mtrs x 4.5mtrs, height 3mtrs window east facing and small windows west facing. Avaliable

Studio 4 approx size 2.5mtrs x 5mtrs, height 3mtrs windows north, east and small window west facing. LET

Studio 5 approx size 4.5mtrs x 4.5mtrs, height 5mtrs, mezzanine level, west, north & roof windows.  LET

Studio 6 approx size 4.5mtrs x 4.5, height 5mtrs, mezzanine level, west, south& roof windows.  LET

Ist Floor

Studio 9 approx size 8mtrs x 3.5mtrs height 2.5mtrs windows east and west. ( might split this studio) LET

Studio 10 approx size 8mtrs x 6mtrs height maximum 3.5mtrs window south facing LET

Studio 11 approx size 9mtrs x 4.5mtrs height 2mtrs windows west and east. LET

Studio 12  This is avaliable as one unit, 2 units or split into 4 units each approx 5 mtrs x 3mtrs height maximum 3.5mtrs, windows roof, north & east . . AVAILABLE NOW
